What this site is
A description of what we build. Using it means accepting these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What it is not
It is not advice. Nothing here is accounting, tax, legal, financial or employment advice, and nothing here is a substitute for advice from someone who knows your circumstances and is regulated to give it. Do not make a decision that matters on the strength of a page on this site.
It is not an offer. Descriptions of products, plans and prices are a description, not a contract. What you actually get is governed by the terms of the specific product you sign up to, and those terms prevail over anything written here.
It is not a completeness guarantee. We keep this site accurate and correct it when it is wrong, but we do not warrant that everything on it is current, complete or error-free.
Products and availability
Products described here are at different stages. Where a feature is described as planned, unavailable or not yet live, that is exactly what is meant, and you should not rely on it arriving by any particular date. Availability, features and prices can change.

Our content
The text, design, images and code on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may read it, print it and share links to it. You may not republish it, sell it, or use it to train a model or build a competing product, without our written permission. Names and logos of other organisations remain theirs.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or the systems behind it, do not interfere with its operation, and do not use it to distribute anything unlawful or harmful. If you find a security problem we would rather hear about it than not: write to legal@dii.ltd.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything published on it.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and the version in force is the one published here when you use the site.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
