Privacy notice
For the website at dii.ltd. Last updated 22 September 2026.
This notice covers the website at dii.ltd only. The products linked from it have their own notices: the one for DII Accounts is at accounts.dii.ltd/privacy and covers everything that happens inside that application.
Who we are
Dhruvi Infinity Inspiration Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16113201, registered office 264 North Circular Road, London, NW10 0JT. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, reference ZB941604. For anything in this notice, write to legal@dii.ltd.
What this site collects: nothing, directly
This is a static website. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and stores nothing in your browser.
The enquiry tool on this page runs entirely in your browser. It takes what you type, assembles it into an email, and either copies it to your clipboard or opens your own email application. Nothing you type is sent to us, or to anyone else, unless you then choose to send that email yourself. If you close the page without sending, what you typed is gone.
What happens when you do email us
If you send that email, or write to us any other way, we process what you send: your name, your email address, anything you tell us about your business, and the content of your message.
| Why | To answer you, and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. |
|---|---|
| Lawful basis | Our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries about our products, and where you are asking about buying something, steps taken at your request before a contract. |
| How long | Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted within 24 months. Where an enquiry becomes a customer relationship, the customer notice for that product applies instead. |
| Who else sees it | Our email provider, as the service that carries and stores the message. We do not sell enquiry data, and we do not use it for marketing lists. |
What happens automatically, because of how the web works
Two things happen when you load this page that are worth stating plainly, because we would rather tell you than let you find out.
- Hosting. This site is served by GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc. in the United States. Like any web host, GitHub receives your IP address and basic request information in order to serve the page, and keeps its own server logs. We do not have access to those logs and do not receive analytics from them.
- Icons and animation. The page loads two open-source libraries from the unpkg content delivery network. Your browser requests those files directly, so that network sees your IP address and which page requested them. They set no cookies here.
Both involve a transfer of your IP address outside the UK. We rely on the providers’ own published transfer arrangements for this; we have not negotiated separate terms with either, and we are telling you that rather than implying a protection we have not put in place.
Your rights
Where we hold personal data about you, you have the right to ask for a copy, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Ask at legal@dii.ltd and we will answer within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, by telephone on 0303 123 1113, or by post to Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF. You do not have to raise it with us first, though we would rather you did.
Changes
If this notice changes we update the date at the top. This is the first published version.
